I have answered these questions for myself, and I maintain a very consistent and healthy weight today.  What I have learned through my own weight-loss experiences, and what I have learned through extensive studies and certifications in Hypnotism, NLP, HypnoCoaching and other transformational modalities, I offer to you in a weight loss workshop that addresses success.

There are many elements to successful weight loss, and I cover these in my workshop.  Additionally, maintaining a healthy and consistent weight requires both conscious and unconscious integration.  You must direct your everyday efforts employing your conscious aspect of mind and implant new and empowering beliefs and habits employing your subconscious aspect of mind.  When the two are in rapport, you unleash and unlock your fullest potential for success!
